Seller Guide

1. Apply

Create an account, open Sell with us and complete the application: store details, identity documents, payout bank account and agreements. We email you the result.

2. Add listings

In your dashboard choose Add a listing. Use a clear title, up to 5 sharp photos on a plain background, an honest description, the correct category and details (shade, size, expiry), the NAFDAC number and a realistic quantity. Submit for review; once approved the listing goes live.

3. Get orders

You receive an email for each paid order. Pack carefully and ship within 2 working days. Add the courier and tracking number in Orders — the buyer is notified automatically.

4. Delivery and earnings

The buyer confirms delivery (or it is confirmed automatically after the confirmation period). Your earnings (item price minus commission, plus the delivery fee you charge) then wait for the holding period before they can be withdrawn.

5. Payouts

Open Earnings, enter an amount above the minimum and request a payout. We pay to the bank account you registered and email you the reference.

6. Tips

Reply to customers quickly through support, keep stock accurate (pause listings you cannot fulfil), never ask buyers to pay outside the platform, and ship exactly what you listed.
